Kew Gardens is the perfect day out. The various Glass Houses are spectacular, the Treetop Walk is a very special experience with breathtaking views. Whatever time of year you visit the trees, plants and wildlife are so uplifting, you may even spot a peacock ( they wonder around the gardens ). Lovely onsite restaurants and cafe’s, vegetarian and plant based options. Free gallery entrance to current exhibitions. Spring is my favourite time to visit. It’s a very healing place and you will leave uplifted and relaxed buy its beauty and calmness.

it was absolutely fantastic. Something for everyone, lots of light displays, great walking, fresh air, and also lots of food booths along the way. It is definitely worth a stop, even if the lights aren't on, the gardens are absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend if you are visiting London.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Kew Palace, as someone else said , a real hidden gem. No extra cost once you’ve paid your admission into Kew Gardens, but a lovely way to see an example of life in Georgian England, helpful guides to explain your route round the house. We also did a tour of the Kitchens, a separate building, again very knowledgeable guide that made the tour very interesting. It wasn’t very busy so felt we could take our time and we were not hurried through the Palace.
Would definitely recommend.
